Preparation of safety data sheets

We produce safety data sheet for their products under the REACH Regulation and the modifications in Regulation (EU) No 1272/2008 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 16 December 2008 (CLP) and Regulation (EU) No 453 / 2010 COMMISSION DECISION of 20 May 2010

Please note that as of June 1, 2015, in the safety data sheet classification of the substance or mixture according to Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 (CLP), and the format of the SDS only appear to be accordance with Annex II of Regulation 453/2010.

We therefore recommend to all providers of biocides to review whether their safety data sheets are consistent with this legislation.
