Project manager

Facundo Gutiérrez

Throughout my career I have always been very interested in the efficient management of information and how it is transmitted among people who are part of a process.

As a biologist, I always had the idea that life is information that allows the formation of structures that store and produce new information and that this information always increases. This means you can leave a time when that information is unclassified and unusable unless you have some structure where you fit it.

As regulatory affairs consultant, I have always seen the need to establish systems to coordinate the inputs, processing and output it. To do this, over the years I have been investigating various methods for this, such as creating databases and web pages, but always as tools to help me improve my work and increase efficiency.

Another point that I'm interested is in communication between people.

Quality and continuous improvement are two pillars of my career.

I've been dedicated to product design and regulatory issues in biocidal  and plant protection products since 2005. Other areas to which I devoted much interest are REACH, agricultural pesticides and quality management.

During these years I have done work for major companies in different countries of the European Union and South America, with products registered and marketed in Portugal, France, Spain, Peru, Dominican Republic, Bolivia, Ecuador, Brazil, Morocco, Guatemala, and Costa Rica.

Previously I graduated in Biological Sciences. I specialized for two more years, with postgraduate training in Chemistry and Environment, with studies of how chemicals affect living beings and publications in leading journals in the chemical industry.

My training is complemented by a Master in Quality and Environmental Management, and specialized courses on my area.
